The Butcher works closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs and Purchasing on meat and fish inventory,labeling,rotation of food,requisitions and controls all returned items. This position also overseee all activities in the butcher shop, and maintains the highest possible standard for a sanitary work area. This position reports to the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef. The Housekeeping Office Coordinator assists with all office duties of the housekeeping department such as payroll, ordering, etc. This position has a high level of guest phone contact. This person must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft word and excel and have the ability to type 25 wpm. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
The Market Attendant is responsible primarily for assisting guest's food and/or beverage orders. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This is a fast paced position with constant customer interaction and cash handling.
A Massage Therapist responsible for delivery of expectional massage and body treatments. Must have good communication skills and exceptional customer service skills. Must also have appropriate certifications.
The Nail Technician will be responsible for assisting guests with appointments and working with departmental staff. This person must have good communication skills and can be fast paced.
The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This position is fast paced with constant customer interaction and must be able to push and pull a moderate weight.
