• Room Attendant - Housekeeping (Housekeeping)

• Bartender (Weekends) (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Part Time Bartender

  Primary function involves serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. The Bartender also has the responsibility of assuring the proper functioning of the Bar, the correct mixing of drinks as specified, and the sale of alcoholic beverages in his assigned area.  Provide exceptional service to guests.  Maintain the upkeep of the bar area and preparations for next day service.  Professionally greet guests when entering the beverage outlet, provide explanations of drinks, specials and prices as requested.  Manage and control liquor costs and inventory.  Relieve and assist other bartenders.  Thorough knowledge of wines, beverages and in house outlets along with local area information. Ensure all sales are recorded accurately in the appropriate system.  Knowledge of food, spirits, wine, and beer required, as well as the ability to up-sell.

• Banquet Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  A special occasion calls for great food! As a Banquet Cook at the InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport you will assist in creating spectacular dishes that will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. 

• Line Cook (PM) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  $500 Welcome Bonus!

  .  Duties will include cooking, expediting, and opening/closing oversight. Must have previous  cook experience

• Host / Hostess (Weekend) (Food & Beverage)

  $250.00 Welcome Bonus

  As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:* Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs* Seat guests and manage the seating chart* Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow* Perform opening and closing duties, as needed* Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.* Ensure knowledge of menu* Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner* Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships

• Dishwasher / Steward (PM) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Monday - Friday 3pm to 11:30pm - Possible occasional Weekend Shifts

• Assistant Manager of Banquets (Catering/Banquet)
