On a day-to-day level, the HR ticketing administrator is the first point of contact between Interstate Hotels & Resorts field associates and the Corporate Payroll, HRIS (Workday), and Total Rewards (Benefits) departments. This includes inquiries through our internal ticketing system, ConnectWise, telephone, and email. The HR ticketing administrator must understand the type of each request, the correct sub department that this inquiry will need to go to, and the specific support each ticket may need to be resolved within company standards.
BASIC PURPOSE The Accounts Payable Lead Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing the direction and mentoring of the day to day functions of the Accounts Payable Staff. This includes helping to train new staff on our systems and procedures and various reviews of tasks that are performed by the associates. They will assist the AP Supervisors in process improvements, efficiencies, and procedures in the Accounts Payable area including updating the procedures as needed, testing and implementing new systems, and assist with the transition of hotels within the Interstate Portfolio.
