Interstate Hotels & Resorts is currently seeking a well-qualified individual for the position of Labor Leadership Program Manager. The Program Manager, will act as an internal consultant to various departments. The individual will perform labor analysis for all areas of the company, recommending best-way forward. The individual will work extensively with third-part Labor Management System, ensuring that data is accurately maintained and that reporting is accurate and consistent with internal reporting. The individual will effectively manage complicated projects, collaborate with other departments and operate quickly and effectively.
BASIC PURPOSE: Purchasing Manager will support the efforts of the Capital Management team focused on purchasing for OS&E projects. Recommends changes to company focused purchasing practices.
BASIC PURPOSE: To source new management agreements for Interstate Hotels and Resorts across North America, nurture relationships with potential capital partners, expand Interstate's relationships with existing and new owners.
