The HVAC Plant Operations Supervisor at Isleta Resort and Casino is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of HVAC maintenance. This role ensures that the team is adequately staffed and motivated to achieve the resort's objectives. The supervisor leads troubleshooting and repair of heating, cooling, and distribution systems, manages system controls, interprets technical schematics, and coordinates with energy management to maintain optimal facility operations. All while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
Responsible for dealing the Isleta Resort and Casino’s Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, Pai-Gow, Craps, Roulette and other table games while providing World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino’s guests.
Responsible for the monitoring, oversight, and administering of the day-to-day Table Games operations, to include but not limited to, conducting Poker derivative, Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps, and Roulette games while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees & guests. Ensures employee and guest compliance and conforms to all Tribal, Federal, State, Pueblo of Isleta Regulatory, and Isleta Resort and Casino regulations.
Responsible for maintaining, improving, and performing periodic maintenance on the water and irrigation system(s) while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
Responsible for performing routine repairs and maintenance on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems including air distribution machinery, pneumatic and digital controls, hot and chilled water distribution, and variable volume systems, independently employs specially designed software and remote computer links to monitor systems and troubleshoot malfunctions. All while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
The objective of this position is to inspire and promote continuing education and on the job training. Responsible for assisting and/or performing basic repair and preventative maintenance for all HVAC equipment at company owned buildings in accordance with applicable codes and safety regulations, under close to moderate supervision. Must have previous training and work history in an HVAC discipline with a mechanical maintenance background. Equipment includes, but is not limited to air handlers, package units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, compressors, pumps, refrigeration and freezer units. Knowledge of Tracer Summit System (TRANE) and/or other energy management systems would be helpful. Must have a willingness to learn, be trained and receive instruction based on company specific requirements. The Count member is responsible for performing the Drop and accurately counting while recording the revenue generated from various gaming activities within Isleta Resort & Casino. This position also ensures compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures, while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
Responsible for performing a variety of skilled and unskilled duties in one or more maintaining and repairing Isleta Lakes and maintaining grounds to Isleta standards.
Responsible for selling merchandise, fishing permits, visitor stays, and RV stay permits, booking corporate functions, maintaining accurate cash reconciliation reports, stocking and maintaining inventory, and performing general upkeep of the Lakes Store while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
Responsible for loading golf bags and golf carts, staging and cleaning the Isleta Golf Club range, picking up golf balls, and washing and filling dispenser while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests.
Provides safe and efficient transportation for Isleta Resort & Casino internal and external guests according to designated and assigned schedule while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all Resort and Casino guests.
Responsible for greeting and responding to guests’ inquiries regarding to, but not limited to, current, ongoing, and upcoming promotions, special events, and entertainment.
Responsible for safeguarding monies, keys, and properties while providing World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
Responsible for greeting guests, communicating spa and salon treatments and services, scheduling appointments, maintaining a safe and inviting spa environment while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests.
Responsible for maintaining the professional appearance of the dining room by clearing the table tops of soiled wares, cleaning and ensuring all tables are appropriately set up for new guests. Must be able to handle all guest requests related to the position. Promote and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests.
