On-call position for a team player with excellent customer service and telephone skills. Must be detail-oriented and accurate, type a minimum of 40 wpm, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, including Outlook, and the ability to communicate well in English. Korean, Japanese or Chinese speaking is also a plus. Previous hotel reservations or front desk experience preferred but not required. Hours may vary each week. Must be available on any day of the week, including Holidays when needed.

The Waikiki Resort Hotel is a 275 room property centrally located near the Hyatt Regency and the Pacific Beach Hotel. Our guests like the fact that we are 1 block from Waikiki Beach and are in close walking distance shopping and points of interest.
We feature two restaurants; The Ilima Restaurant, open breakfast and lunch and the Seoul Jung Restaurant, open for lunch and dinner. The Ilima Restaurant serves a popular breakfast buffet and feature American and local cuisine. The Seoul Jung Restaurant features authentic and delicious Korean cuisine.
We also now feature a Wine Bar off the Main Lobby called the 'Collection Wine Bar'. The open air lobby also have a Sundry Store, a vitamin shop and a small cosmetic store in addition to the Korean Airlines Ticketing Office.
