Multi Property Revenue Analyst (Corporate Office)
Regional Director of Revenue
4 year college degree, Hospitality or Business major preferred
Minimum 3 years hotel experience
Minimum 5 CRS Implementations
Experience with hotel industry revenue/reservation systems and hotel property management systems preferred. The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access Database
Proficient at statistical and competitive analysis.
Knowledge of GDS and Internet booking channels and systems.
Understands revenue maximization theory and practice especially yield management and pricing.
Ability to perform critical analysis.
Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
Manages time well, correctly prioritizes and is flexible
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Act as the primary resource for implementation of newly added hotels or during transitions from one brand to another within the Kokua portfolio.
Possesses knowledge of the hotel layout, facilities, and special services offered for each of our managed hotels
Possess a working knowledge of the guest loyalty programs and how they apply to group and non-group customers at each of our hotels
Maintain a working knowledge of sales, operations, and finance. Have a thorough understanding of the operational areas, guest patterns, demand periods and seasons for hotels assisting
Continually monitor all pertinent travel related websites to ensure competitiveness in both availability and price (parity) - Work with E-Commerce team to improve
Create rate codes and offering within the CRS/PMS systems as needed
Ensure accuracy of cut-off dates, inventory, rates and group details
Participate within Group Pickup meetings to determine whether it is in the best interest of the hotel to accept group rooms over non-contracted dates/patterns/allotments, or after the cut-off date for assigned hotel(s)
Assist accounting in investigating billing irregularities when requested
Maintain a working knowledge of revenue management principles by participating within revenue management and sales meetings.
Ensures work area is kept clean and orderly.
Performs related duties as requested and assigned by the Vice President of Profit Optimization.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, ability to write simple correspondence, ability to effectively present one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other staff members of the organization and hospitality community.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, and percentages and ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished written, oral, or diagram form, ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations and ability to address customer personalities in various business situations.
