About This Job

Marketing Analyst Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving an expansion of our customer base through strategic recommendations on all marketing campaigns supported by analysis of customer segmentation, purchase behavior and offer strategy. This role will also support day-to-day development and execution of direct marketing campaigns by liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders including creative and data agencies and IT. This role will make sizeable impact in a high growth business with an aptitude to launch quickly, make data-driven decisions and iterate fast. S/he has a deep empathy for customers and is looking to contribute not only our marketing effectiveness but also our company’s growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing data strategy, execution and overall financial delivery of customer acquisition channels
  • Model and forecast impact of potential changes to marketing strategy and work with different stakeholders to capture possible implications
  • Analyze day-to-day campaign and sales data to enable informed marketing decisions
  • Analyze new customer and retention campaigns to spot trends and highlight marketing opportunities
  • Develop and launch scalable and flexible reporting that business leaders can utilize with actionable recommendations
  • Partner with sales and marketing team to deep dive on performance trends and investigate lifetime value of customer acquisition strategy across campaign types
  • Maintain and optimize Google Analytics and other marketing technology to help stakeholders understand traffic behaviors for driving bookings
  • Develop and implement social media strategy including management of content, responses and process protocols by working closely with marketing, legal and resort operation teams
  • Manage day-to-day marketing campaign project execution, including direct mail, e-mail, and social channels by working with internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of analytical role, preferably in a direct-response marketing environment
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills · Comfortable synthesizing response data and making sound, actionable recommendations
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels such as SEM, Display, Facebook, Instagram and other digital channels required
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social channels for driving customer engagement; knowledge of social media analytic tools and metrics plus
  • Expertise in Google Analytics and all Microsoft Office suites required
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and communication skills required
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA plus
