About This Job


We have currently openings in the various markets: Northeast, Southeast and California/West coast. Management In-Development position is for recent college graduates in Hospitality / Tourism, Restaurant Management (or related field) or a current employee with a combination of education and supervisory experience whom, with proper exposure, mentoring and career development, will be prepared to step into a management role within 9 months of successful completion and demonstrate competencies in assigned learning paths. For the MID candidate, the purpose is to gain deep, diverse preparation for a management role through hands on training. They will gain real experience across various cross functional areas, and exposure to OTO Culture, Core Values and Leadership. Candidates for the Program must be team players who are committed to the Hospitality profession, exhibit strong values of commitment, honesty and integrity. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a high aptitude for both learning and applying concepts learned through the rotation.


Hospitality college graduate-

•A good scholastic record (GPA 3.0 and above) for graduates;

•A history of leadership roles in school or in their community;

•Previous internship experience with one of our Brands is preferred;

•Or if the candidate has previous leadership internship experience in select service, Food & Beverage or a combination of the two.


Internal candidates without a college degree must have a combination of 12 credits worth of educational courses in Hospitality and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.


All candidates must have -

•Ability to analyze problems logically

•Aptitude for learning

•Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

•Excellent oral and written communication skills
