About This Job

The ideal candidate for this position

Will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a Hotel/Restaurant kitchen.  High school diploma or equivilent required.

  • Part time positions available.
  •  PM shift will focus on dinner service for The Irons as well as prep for next day events and breakfast.
  • Prepares food items according to recipes, instructions and customer orders and follows food handling and safety requirements.
  • Maintains a neat and orderly work area at all times.
  • Completes opening and closing duties in accordance with approved procedures.



Who you will be working with

  • This position reports directly to the hotel's Executive Chef.  You will also be working directly with the Restaurant Chef for service in The Irons, our restaurant within the hotel.

Compensation: $12-14/hour
