We are looking for the right person to be our kitchen manager. Although we are known as a bakery, our savory team is responsible for over $1M. sales a year. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with a company and expand their repertoire. We are looking for someone who has a least one year in a supervisory role.
Weekends are a must (this is the industry). Since we are a retail bakery, the hours are early: 6am-4pm. This is a salaried position, so we do expect that you work more than 8 hrs. a day. You may have to work more than five days (but this is not the standard. I like our managers to be fresh and vibrant). We really believe that our staff is directly responsible for our success so we try our best to create a great working environment.

Compensation is based on experience and growth potential. We offer full medical insurance and paid vacations and sick days. Quarterly bonus potential is huge for the right candidate. Again, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants a chance.
