About This Job

This position will lead and execute all branding, digital marketing and eCommerce activities, working cooperatively with Regional Director of Sales and Regional Director of Revenue Management in addition to General Managers and Digital Agencies to achieve and exceed the company's financial goals. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze monthly reports from Independent and Brand websites and develop Action Plans to increase web direct bookings.
  • Assists hotels in leveraging brand channels to communicate hotel and cluster programs and offers.
  • Monitors the use of corporate e-Tools on behalf of hotels.
  • Facilitate and align all hotel branding with current branding guidelines and initiatives
  • Champions and audits use of Business to Business (B2B) e-Tools to grow online bookings for Group and Corporate Customers.
  • Create, send and track multiple monthly email campaigns.
  • Serve as a catalyst and leader for field-based initiatives to improve e-commerce performance by taking an active role in training company personnel, and then evaluating hotel level results.
  • Provide company with e-Commerce support, education and recommendations. Analyzes, interprets, and make recommendations based on gathered data, in the form of proposals and/or presentations to upper management.
  • Coordinates in conjunction with designated vendor partners as needed for collateral, communications, photography, direct mail, video, etc.
  • Responsible for managing electronic marketing to include hotel(s) web content; search engine optimization; Reputation Management; e-mail marketing; pay-per clicks; establishing link and internet distribution channels; manage brand e-Marketing relationships.
  • Implement optimization of Hotel brand websites, SEO, Social Media profiles/pages, Online Directories, Local Search, GPS and Social Media websites
  • Stay up to date with Search Engine Optimization, Digital Marketing trends and methodologies


  • 2 years of Internet Marketing or eCommerce experience in hospitality/travel industry or related field
  • 2+ years' experience analyzing and reporting web traffic and eCommerce sales metrics
  • Hotel/Hospitality experience strongly preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality or Hospitality Marketing a plus
  • Experience with IHG, Starwood and/or Hilton marketing programs and systems a plus
  • Content management and web analytics experience


  • Strong project management skills required
  • Strong understanding of traditional and online marketing tactics and strategy
  • Familiarity with design software preferred
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Demonstrates self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
  • Open to working remotely
