The ideal candidate for this position...
will have the abiltiy to multi task, read and interperet banquet event orders and room layouts. A strong sense of attention to detail is also a trait that our banquet housepeson must posses.
What will I be doing...
As Banquet Houseperson you will ensure that all set-ups and preparations are carried out properly and in accordance with posted instruction. While using information provided to you by the Sales Department, you will set up breakfasts and coffee breaks, refresh water, coffee, soda and other beverages when scheduled. Clearing dirty dishes, trash, etc. during a function while being discreet. The Banquet Houseperson will be responsible for set-up and break down of function rooms, which include tables, chairs, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks and audio visual equipment. The ability to work a flexible and varied schedule is a must
