About This Job

IMPRINT Hospitality’s Manager of Accounting and People Services provides core accounting and people operations support and leadership to the corporate and hotel teams.

The Challenge

To make an impact through relationships, culture leadership and operational expertise while providing support to corporate and hotel teams, finance and people operations teams and creating exceptional results.

You will

  • Build outstanding relationships with hotel teams, vendor partners and the IMPRINT Hospitality team.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, GL reconciliations and produce financial reports.
  • Process AP, AR and Payroll.
  • Conduct month end closing operations and journal entries.
  • Administration of the company’s financial and people operations systems.
  • Support talent selection, assessments, onboarding, culture training and compliance.
  • Be a systems and data expert; teach, train, and roll out the company’s systems to end users.
  • Support hotel teams in preparation for monthly owners’ meetings.

  • GL accounting experience
  • Performed reconciliations and conducted month end financial closing.

  • Processed payroll.
  • Administered the finance and people information systems in your prior roles.

Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 annually
