Hollander Hospitality is seeking Sales & Catering Coordinator for our Crowne Plaza Hotel in Portland, OR. The Sales & Catering Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support services for the sales and catering departments, while supporting the sales & catering team in achieving sales goals and overall guest satisfaction.

Must be able to sit for long periods of time, move around the hotel to give site tours and occasionally travel to and from meetings and sales calls outside the hotel. Must be able to lift and carry general office supplies and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds. Position requires hand manipulative skills for word processing and writing. Must be able to communicate over the phone and in person with background noise. Must be able to consistently identify objects and persons at a distance and read fine print on various forms.
