REPORTS TO: Executive Chef
Accurately and efficiently cooks meats, seafood, vegetables, soups, and other hot and cold food items. Properly prepares and portions all food products prior to cooking. All plate presentations of hot and cold food are followed to specifications from using proper plate for item, placement, and garnishes. Is responsible for all rotation, storage, and labeling of food products. Keeps a clean station at all times.
