About This Job

We are looking for Line & Prep Cooks that are dedicated to their craft and passionate about the hospitality industry. It is important to be a motivated self-starter that possesses a hunger for learning and growing with a team. Must be proficient, respectful of the restaurant’s equipment and work in a neat and organized manner.

What you will be doing:

  • Prep and cook while working smart, clean, organized and calculated
  • Following the direction of the Executive and Sous Chefs
  • Maintaining quality and standards
  • Take direction and feedback to insure quality of product
  • Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Fast paced, high standard kitchen experience is a must
  • Availability to work a varied schedule that will include evenings and weekends
  • Strong passion and dedication to food and hospitality
  • Polished, professional and energetic
  • Ability to be adaptable and abide by policies and culture of the company
  • Commitment to quality
