The ideal candidate is an a hands on Leader with an established and consistent track record of high performance in RevPAR index, margin and guest satisfaction improvement. They will thrive in an environment of autonomy where they will run the hotel as if it is their own business.
The Bench General Manager position is designed to support HVMG’s continued growth and gain exposure and experience in all functional leadership areas of the hotel. Responsibilities include but not limited to revenue generation, profitability, guest service, product quality, overall cleanliness, food and beverage, rooms and maintenance of hotel property. Goal of this position is to assume a regular GM role within HVMG in 6 to 12 months with the foundation of all Company policies and procedures. This position may be located at one or several hotels within the portfolio during the set time frame. Prior to assuming a full time regular General Manager role the Bench GM must successfully complete and independent task force hotel assignment.
