An experienced, food and beverage leader who is able to lead and inspire their team to achieve desired results in all areas; guest service excellence, associate excellence, product quality and financial results.
Working in partnership with the regional operations leadership and hotel teams, this role is responsible for bringing profitability, creativity, innovation, and operational excellence to HVMG’s food and beverage businesses, working in partnership with all brands where applicable. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in high quality independent restaurants/bars and branded hotel food and beverage operations including large scale banquet and catering.
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the particular requirements of the hotel.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Hotel/Restaurant or Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience required.
10 plus years of direct management experience (leading and managing teams) in hotel and independent restaurant environment.
