PURPOSE: Vice President Capital Management: Management of the Interstate Capital Expenditure Program FF&E and OS&E projects including: budgeting, financial reporting, information systems, project management, sourcing, electronic procurement applications and support staff including supervising the Director of Purchasing and an OS&E Manager. The position must have experience in managing multiple projects and a detailed knowledge of hotel renovation work from the planning through to completion. Reports to the SVP, Purchasing
ORGANIZATIONAL SCOPE. The position must has experience in managing the Capital expenditure program and multiple FF&E & OS&E projects. A detailed knowledge of procurement , project management installation of FF&E and OS&E for new construction and hotel renovations and conversions from planning through to completion
