The Legend of Johnny Leverock's lives on in Cape Haze! Leverock's Restaurant is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a vibrant team of +-30 employees while continuing and evolving our commitment to quality, freshness and creativity.
We are a waterfront seafood restaurant that has been in business since 1998. Johnny Leverock's Seafood House has been well established in Florida since 1947. Our Leverocks Restaurant was the first franchise store and yet we continue with many of the original and award winning recipes and have evolved with our own style and local influence which is centered around the common reputation known for our nautical theme and great seafood.
Leverock's Restaurant is anchored on the mainland with marina and water views which have picture-perfect and colorful sunsets. We are part of a family of companies related to Palm Island Resort (PalmIsland.com) which is across the intracoastal waterway and features 2 miles of private beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
Our clientele is a robust stock of flavors from all walks of life: Families, Fisherman, Boaters, Vacationers, Year Round Residents, Senior Residents, Seasonal Residents and Working Professionals.
To coordinate the activities of the restaurant, bar operation and selective catered events. This person will be the ambassador in front of the guests while being the center of communication with all staff, Palm Island's family of companies and the surrounding communities. The goal is to provide the highest level possible in regard to guest satisfaction and the quality of products being served while ever mindful that consistency is the key to quality and requires systems/procedures which can be sustained in peak season as well as the more moderate off seasonal months.
To have the ability to create and develop a sincere partnership with the chef in overall operational goals, priorities and management styles that will entrust one another to represent the other when scheduled off duty and days off.
