Regional Director of Operations 

Springwood Hospitality is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations with a proven track record of inspiring their team to excel with "top of brand" hotels.  

The Regional Director of Operations will provide leadership and expertise to a group of General Managers in markets that may include York, Harrisburg/Hershey, Lancaster, and/or Easton Pennsylvania and/or Frederick, Maryland. With Springwood Hospitality’s continued growth, the property assignments will change and expand over time.

This position will work directly with hotel teams, corporate support and the respective brand representatives to ensure that our hotel teams have the resources and tools to drive results in guest service and other operating benchmarks while displaying a strong skill-set in the following:

Decision Making         Integrity            Leadership


Essential Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education

  • Hilton and/or Marriott brand experience preferred. 

  • Must have thorough working knowledge of all aspects of hotel management including financial reports, revenue management, guest satisfaction standards, associate relations and  with a minimum of 3 years' experience in senior management role within the hospitality industry.

  • Must be able and prepared to travel extensively at any given time. Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.

  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

  • Proven ability in managing time is critical; must be able to plan and execute effectively and efficiently.

  • Strong coaching skills and ability to teach / train to varying levels of experience with focus on development and improvement from a skill-set perspective.

  • Self-reliant, self-motivated, problem solving skills a must, results oriented.

  • Energetic, flexible and proactive; a team leader who can impact both finance and operational initiatives.

  • Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, investors, peers, staff and guests.
