Guest Service Agent:
-Exhibits a positive and involved team attitude to all departments and promotes positive customer relations
-Greets all customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
-Ensures that every guest feels cared for, valued and respected
-Handles guest complaints with empathy and professionalism using the H E A R T METHOD
-Resolves any issues to the guest's satisfaction
-Adheres to proper cash handling requirements and bank policies/ accepts and applies proper form of payment
-Manages and prioritizes multiple tasks to meet appropriate time lines/ ability to keep up with the work flow
-Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, follow-up and telephone skills.
-Cross trained in other related guest services positions
