Job Description
What will I be doing?
As a Manager Sales In House you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Generates maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume and Volume per Guest (VPG).  Responsible for closing timeshare sales to qualified guests. Promotes and supports all aspects of the branded Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) culture. Supervises the sales line through coaching, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results. Staff, plan, and direct the activities of a sales force of In House Sales Executives and TO/Closers to obtain maximum sales volume. Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.  

Shapes Strategy:
  • Supports the DOS by; looking at problems, processes and solutions in new ways;
  • Supports the DOS in creating competitive, breakthrough strategies and plans.
  • Generate maximum sales efficiencies and revenue while ensuring all sales volume and VPG targets are met.
  • Assist Sales Leaders in closing deals. Manages sales line through enforcing processes and procedures established by the DOS.
Site Supervision of Day to Day Sales Operations
  • Manages floor activities to ensure proper Management coverage at all times.
  • Coaches, mentors and counsels sales executives on performance, attendance and sales professionalism. Handles any work orders or customer service issues that are not resolved through the CRS Department.
Direct Management
  • Facilitate Training and Organizational Development of In House Sales Executives and TO’s
  • Point person for hiring process.
  • Ensures adequate scheduling of SEs/TOs to ensure maximum floor coverage.
Performance Management
  • Conducts daily/weekly/monthly coaching and counseling for In House Sales Executives.
  • Assists Director of Sales with conducting timely, constructive and written performance evaluations of Sales Executives.

  • 2+ years branded vacation ownership sales experience
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Outlook and other computer systems
  • High School/GED
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • 2+ years Supervisory experience
