As the General Manager for this luxury-boutique hotel, you will own the distinct task of connecting your guests with the storied history between the 150 room hotel and the surrounding area. This Executive Level position requires experience in all phases of hotel management, including but not limited to, Sales and Marketing, Budgeting, Forecasting, Rooms Operations, F&B Operations and Human Resources. Prior General Manager Experience in a Full Service Hotel, Lifestyle Hotel, Boutique, and/or Resort Hotel is preferred. Prior Marriott experience will set you apart from the rest! To fully succeed in this position, you must focus on sustaining high levels of guest satisfaction & employee engagement, partner with your Sales team to support (or drive) the sales effort, maintain positive owner relations, and lead a team of high performing managers. A demonstrated ability to achieve financial results is required.
