Job Description:

_ This position will check -in/check -out hotel in a timely and professional manner

_ Guest service agents must possess superior level of customer service that exceeds guest's expectations

_ Act as the main contact for guests and other hotel departments

_ Ability to coordinate front office activities and resolve conflicts with tact and finess

 

Job Requirements:

_ Successful candidates must have proven track record of success in delivering superior guest service

_ Must have a High School Diploma/equivalent, plus one year of guest/front desk experience

_ Some college preferred

_ Able to work nights, weekends and holidays

Compensation: 11.00
