About This Job

The Food Runner is to provide our guests with a level of genuine and sincere hospitality. Our service is to be efficient and professional, knowledgeable and articulate.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Address guests service needs in a professional, positive and hospitable manner
  • Follow all service and culture standards of Couvant and MAKEREADY
  • Knowledge of food, table numbers and position numbers
  • Assist the kitchen in all functions
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently to team members as well as management
  • Adhere to all grooming standards outlined in employee manual
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities

Working conditions

Must be available for all shifts deemed necessary by supervisors. Able to perform reasonable duties in all F&B outlets.  Available for all shifts including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays

Physical requirements

Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period for an entire work shift.
