About This Job

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • The Server assistant will be responsible for assisting with setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing tables while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. 
  • This person will also be serving and clearing food and beverage items to tables.
  • Contribute to our environment with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized service.

We are looking for individuals who possesses:

- Excellent customer service skills with great enthusiasm, superior interpersonal skills.

- Service passion

- Previous experience in Food & Beverage

- Able to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems

- Strong food & beverage knowledge.

- High attention level to detail, strong organization skills.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience strongly preferred
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in the same role, ideally in a upscale hotel environment.
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States
