The Director, Focused Service Brand Management - Asia Pacific helps plan, manage and execute against key category and brand priorities. The position reports directly to the SVP, Focused Service Brand Management - APAC. From a Brand Management perspective, this role will be responsible for helping to develop and execute category and brand strategies, effectively leveraging our company’s matrixed global/ regional organizational structure. The role requires experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to drive results. The role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights, developing recommendations and business cases, developing powerful communication tools including PowerPoint decks, creating and implementing plans, and mobilizing the necessary resources for implementation. This Team Member must have experience dealing with multiple “client” groups (departments, corporate stakeholders, consumers, owners, etc), outstanding written and oral communication skills, and an exceptional ability to develop and present information persuasively. This Team Member must be an effective spokesperson for the Focused Service Brands in APAC (Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton, Tru) as well as Motto.
