Position Statement:
This position will assist Team Members with day to day issues and questions to enhance their overall experience with HGV to align with our vision of being an employer of choice.  
Position Summary:
• Ensures continuity across the organization of HR practices and facilitates local HR processes on site
• Delivers high-touch service to Team Members and managers through personalized and timely interactions
• Connects Team Members to Centers of Excellence – programs or services
• Responds to requests to resolve the needs of our Team Members via multiple channels; enabling productivity in the field
• Serves as point of contact and partners with @YourService for Team Member issues, advising the HR Team Member Services
• Manager or directing to appropriate COE 
• Intakes Team Member issues as a first point of contact and assists to resolve with appropriate partners 
• Assists Team Members in navigating the organization and becoming self sufficient
• Provides proactive, professional support to the HR teams and business
• Develops processes to meet deadlines and exceed quality standards 
• Supports ad hoc HR administrative and operational activities
• Develops a career path to achieve their individual and organizational goals
• Relays pertinent information to the appropriate manager 
• Manages all HR administration and onboarding activities, to include ensuring accuracy of Oracle data, maintaining Team Member personnel files, records and documentation  to ensure team member files are in compliance with S&S and new hire file checklist
• Uses Salesforce to input interactions and cases
• Assists with HR policies, practices, and procedural questions
• Properly stores documents according to record retention
• Keeps current with employment law, Human Resources policies, and training requirements 
• Applies consistency in the application and enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Enables compliance with all government regulations.
• Ensures the Oracle MSS and ESS tools utilized to their highest capability by teaching others to leverage Oracle guided learning tools and by showing others how to use the system
• Other tasks required at discretion of HR Team Member Services Leadership
Required Qualifications
• Ability to quickly adapt to change and look for continuous improvements that impact HGV
• Strong desire to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience
• Proven attention to detail
• System’s savvy. Able to work with U.S. teams to identify root cause in system issues and problem solve
• Ability to own tasks and work in a team environment to continuously improve results
• Action oriented
• Agility to learn on the fly and implement new processes and software
• Effective communication with strong verbal and written communication skills, in Japanese and English
• Understanding of Japan HR practices
• High level of integrity
• Productive work habits to deliver results
Education: High school/GED
Years of related experience: 3-5
