We have an immediate part time opening(s) offering advancement opportunities, free parking, on-site restaurants & discounted meals, and discounts on Radisson Hotel & Aimbridge Hotel stays.
Ensure that the dishes are properly washed & dish machine(s) are filled and maintained according to manufactures standards and health department guidelines.
Empty, rinse (rinse barrel station out side of security), then re-line trash cans in dish areas, kitchens, back of the house food areas, and where designated to do so.
Maintain assigned areas including floors, walls, and counters (top / bottom) within the prescribed standards of the hotel and health department guidelines.
Thoroughly sweep and mop floors in designated areas(s) and equipment, back service hall ways, and the up-keep of the chemical store room, keeping room organized and chemicals clearly labeled.
Properly and safely removing all exhaust vents in all areas, replacing correctly for maximum results.
Deep cleaning all ovens and shams on a regular basis with the appropriate chemicals.
Clean and maintain buffet area in restaurant as assigned.
Cleaning and changing all deep fryers once a week on designated night.
Cleaning all ovens and shams in Clan’s kitchen after events in that location while also cleaning and changing deep fryer oil when requested to do so.
Sanitizing all hand sinks, ice scoops, and cooler handles twice a week or as designated.
We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
