Our Global HR team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of excellent recruiters focused on recruiting for Hilton’s Commercial Services Functions. Working closely with your HR partners, Recruitment leaders and your peers you will develop your team to execute against Hilton Recruitment’s metrics with a focus on strategic recruitment support for your clients and an extraordinary candidate experience for all internal and external applicants. In addition to leading a team the Sr. Manager will carry a load of requisitions at the Director level and/or hard to fill positions. You will also be responsible for effectively preparing and presenting QBRs to recruitment leadership and your clients. Finally, as the Senior Manager you will be the project point person for large scale strategic programs and recruiting efforts.
