The Omelet Chef/Breakfast Host is a member of the Food & Beverage Team. S/he is responsible for:
preparation of food "to order" for the hotel restaurant
ensures consistent quality
follows Standard Operating Procedures and Food Safety procedures
This individual is required to be detailed oriented, works well in a team environment and enjoys serving customers in a positive, friendly and courteous manner. S/he needs to have high energy, self-motivated, and great face-to-face interaction with our guests. This individual will contribute to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence.
Setting up breakfast omelet station each morning and breaking down at end of breakfast.
Responsible for attending to the needs of guests, during the breakfast hours and keeping the area fully stocked and the food items presentable
Rotating and dating all food properly
Interacting with guest to make their breakfast more enjoyable
