About This Job

Vacation Myrtle Beach is seeking candidates for an Evening Call Center Floor Supervisor. Vacation Myrtle Beach is a cooperative of 14 oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach, SC with over 3400 accommodations ranging from hotel rooms to condominiums and beach houses. The resort group offers a wide array of amenities including restaurants, water parks and tons of other water features, large arcades and entertainment centers, and much more. Shine Studios is the central reservations contact center handling inbound and outbound sales calls pertaining to hotel reservations. 40 seat facility with both in-house and remote agents.


The Evening Call Center Floor Supervisor oversees call center staff and is responsible for assigning tasks, motivating and disciplining employees while monitoring call volume, occupancy, performance. This is a fast paced position requiring constant movement throughout the call center sales floor throughout the entire shift. This is a 2nd shift/evening schedule position; 4 PM – Midnight, Tuesday – Saturday. Schedule flexibility required to cover PTO and special events.


  • Monitors call volume, occupancy and staffing throughout the day and makes adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance metrics
  • Maintains continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management
  • Demonstrates a commitment to performance; anticipates, meets and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively making staffing issues a priority
  • Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies
  • Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
  • Identifies creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems
  • Offers new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
  • Confers with call center managers on complex or unusual situations.
  • Ensures 100 percent adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to systems, data and proprietary information
  • Interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Understands and embraces the business and call center operations strategic direction. Performs other duties as assigned.


  • 3 or more years of call center experience in collections/sales/hospitality/technical support.
  • 1 or more years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to report to work with minimal attendance issues
