TPG Hotels ans Resorts is seeking a real team player as Corporate Director of Revenue Management!

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for providing leadership support to the centralized Revenue Management team for a select group of hotels.
  • Supervise some property based Director of Revenue / Revenue Managers, providing guidance and direction in all areas related to revenue management.
  • Executes and oversees hotel strategies to ensure STAR index gains that meet Company objectives. 
  • Review and approve bi-monthly forecasts, annual budgets and strategic plans.
  • Ensure expenses, staffing levels and payroll costs are within budgeted guidelines.  
  • Actively participate in revenue reviews and property visits, identifying and responding to critical need areas and trends.

The Corporate Director of Revenue Management reports to the Vice President Revenue Management.


  • A college degree preferably in hotel management and/or business
  • Advanced knowledge of hospitality revenue principles and practices. 
  • At least ten years combined Director of Revenue and Regional DORM experience in hotels in multiple markets, brands, and types.
  • A substantial and successful track record in revenue management in hospitality or related industry
