This capacity is responsible for leading a successful management team of NoMI Kitchen, our award winning full service restaurant, as well as In Room Dining. Goal oriented and professional leadership is required to elevate guest and colleague experiences through long term planning and collaboration with culinary and operations leadership. An individual dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our loyal and new clientele through consistent high levels of service, product quality and atmosphere. Experience in developing and marketing local culinary and wine focused events is preferred.
