About This Job

The Evening House Attendant schedule is typically 2pm to 11pm and including shuttle driving duties. 

House Attendant responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel
  • Deep cleaning of assigned areas
  • Cleaning meeting room location
  • Setting-up meeting room location for group events
  • cleaning and maintaining hotel lobby including the coffee service and additional amenities and services.
  • Delivering items to guest rooms upon request
  • Driving shuttle van guests to designated locations.

Van Drivers must have strong analytical and navigation skills with the ability to coordinate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs on a schedule under continuously changing circumstances, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
  • Minimum of one year driving experience
  • Must meet minimum age of 21 for applicable vehicle insurance
  • Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
