OTO Development is pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Building Maintenance Manager for our beautiful Hyatt House in downtown Atlanta, Georgia.
This Building Maintenance Manager is a key member of our hotel management and leads a team to perform maintenance and repair procedures throughout our state-of-the-art property. This includes completing preventive maintenance to electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling system, performing trash pickup, and unloading and storing deliveries.
Under the Engineering Manager’s direction, the Maintenance department responds promptly to guest requests in a professional and hospitable manner while maintaining professional standards for quality of work, follow-up, and appearance.
