Miraval Austin is currently looking for an Outlets/Restaurant Manager to join our newly renovated property. The Outlets Manager will have oversight of Banquets, the Restaurant, In Room Dining, and our Pool Outlets. We are looking for someone who can manage the day-to-day operations of these outlets, has strong leadership skills, and strong time management and organizational abilities.
This position is responsible for ensuring effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement of our F&B colleagues in order to continuously improve guest service.
