Manage the daily operations of a 3-Meal Restaurant, Room service and upscale dining restaurant Red. To ensure the successful operation, financial performance, quality of service, and development of managers and service staff for the restaurant. Optimize profit by controlling food, beverage and labor costs. Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem solution. Full service bar and wine experience preferred. Provide strong presence in local community and high level of community involvement. Position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Position requires leadership ability to guide staff and work directly with culinary management and staff to ensure excellent cover presentation and customer experience. Proficiency in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and report preparations. Responsible for quality & efficiency of department to include cost, labor, financial and standard operating procedures.
Previous Food & Beverage, Restaurant Management experience, to include 3 meal dining and bar/lounge expertise. Restaurant Management experience to include staffing, training, menu compliance, liquor & inventory control implementation. Maintain inventory and pars of all front of the house supplies, liquor and wine¨ Maintain front of the house cleanliness and maintenance. Ensure the handling of all complaints to the guests' satisfaction. Ensure sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances in regards to Food safety.
