Job Description
What will I be doing?
As a Data Entry Specialist you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Process Reservations & Cancellations Daily and follow up withing 72hrs with any pending request or reports for Rooms or Car Rental and file accordingly as well as monthly tracking

  • Enter confirmation and cancellation numbers in VOICE

  • Processing room, tour, car rental or package swap requests and follow up within the required turn around

  • Answer phones

  • Virtual Room or Tour Fulfillment monthly

  • Assist with any other duties assigned by management

  • Good organizational skills and detailed oriented
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Be able to type or sit for long periods of time
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet along with basic data entry and word processing skills
  • High School Diploma or equilvalent
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Timeshare/hospitality background preferred
