Inspect assigned areas in order to provide feedback to management and employees on the cleanliness and maintenance of those areas against standards. Provide supervision, coaching, counseling and training to house and room attendants. When involved in guest room inspections, ensure the prompt return of clean rooms to reception for resale to incoming guests.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled/mandatory training sessions and meetings is required.
Experience: Prior hospitality and/or housekeeping experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Grooming: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Montage Resort & Spa standards.
