Determine optimum rate positioning for all hotels, based upon in-depth data analysis for maximizing RevPAR. Independently develop tools to analyze revenue patterns and make recommendations on how each hotel in the Region can best maximize revenue to each department. Make value-add recommendations to the ADRM based on quantitative findings and expected results. Work with hotel revenue teams to assist in implementation of recommendations. Track progress of recommendations and adjust accordingly to maximize revenue results. Work closely with the ADRM/RDRS to determine the distribution strategy for the hotel. Assist in implementation of transient strategy across all channels and work with the Hotel Sales teams to set guidelines for all group bookings. Closely monitor market trends, review demand, convention and city event calendars to maximize all revenue opportunity across all segments. Knowledge of Major Brand’s CRS/PMS/RMS (Hilton and Marriott) with the expectation to be able to task force and/or provide technical support to the Field. Provide continual reporting to hotel revenue and regional teams on progress of key initiatives. Prepare comprehensive reports of results achieved and prepare in easy-to-read formats for both Corporate and Ownership teams. Complete weekly STR inputs, pace reports, upsell and other revenue reporting as necessary. Manage all STR and BI report distribution lists, requests and other projects.
