Heritage Real Estate Company, LLC, provides acquisition, design and development, project management, and property management services with a focus on commercial office buildings, hotels, retail, and other income producing properties.
The Controller is responsible for all aspects of the accounting function, to include protecting assets by establishing, monitoring and enforcing internal controls and SOP’s, overseeing all accounting operations that include financial reporting, construction and leasing activities, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, oversight and evaluation of costs and expenses, and management of accounting staff. Yardi Voyager is primarily used for the Property Management and Accounting functions.
