The Banquet Chef is responsible is responsible for the overall food service in the catering and Banquet Dept. To ensure that Quality food and unique presentation is provided consistently in accordance to the high standards set by the Executive Chef, and the LXR Standard Is also responsible for operating within the predetermined Menus or BEO’s, and Budgetary Guidelines.
