About This Job

The Corporate Banking Specialist is part of the treasury team at Interstate Hotels & Resorts’ Shared Service Center responsible for the banking for Interstate’s portfolio of approximately 480 domestic hotels.  This person will assist with the onboarding of hotels including opening bank accounts, setting up treasury services and armored carrier service and ordering bank supplies. Additional tasks include property service issues, banking-related duties, closing bank accounts and serving as a backup to other team members.

Essential Functions:

  • Completes necessary paperwork to open bank accounts and establish appropriate treasury services.
  • Assists internal and external stakeholders with customer service issues and inquiries on banking transactions.    
  • Handles all aspects of armored carrier service for hotels. 
  • Closes bank accounts as requested.

  • Skilled at juggling various responsibilities, prioritizing, and thriving in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • A high level of attention to detail, especially with numbers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • A great attitude, an open mind and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Team player who treats others with mutual trust and respect.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Wells Fargo CEO and Bank of America CashPro a plus.


  • Minimum of two years of experience in treasury or banking.


  • Minimum of two years of college course work.
