As a Personal Concierge for the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, you will serve on the Front Office Team which is the main connection between the Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments. A Personal Concierge Team Member truly influences the first impressions of our VIP Guests and, therefore, is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Hilton Worldwide has announced it is to open a Waldorf Astoria hotel in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
A management agreement has been signed with Ward Holdings for the property, which is expected to start welcoming guests in Autumn 2017.
Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre will feature 247 guest rooms, as well as a range of upscale dining options, spa and wellness facilities.
