About This Job

Description

Responsibilities include supervising the employee cafeteria function within the hotel, ordering food and supplies, designing weekly menus, preparing food, as well as assuring quality of the food and presentation. Must be able to communicate with and work closely with other departments.


Qualifications

  • Must be food handler certified
  • Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of culinary experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Strong communication skills
