Hilton is creating a best-in-class data & analytics department that will lead a connected ecosystem of data, technology, tools, techniques, people and processes. This innovative data & analytics function will drive advanced analytics and actionable insights to help drive Hilton’s performance.
The newly formed Data Strategy & Governance Team supports key functions across the business by utilizing innovative solutions to provide frictionless and timely access to high-quality, integrated data. The team consists of experts in data governance, data quality, data integration, data modeling, data channeling, reporting and dashboards.
Working with the Senior Director, Data Quality, you will be responsible for leading multiple data sources within Commercial Services domain and applying proactive techniques to prevent data quality issues downstream, as well as ensuring resolution of data quality issues and implementing proactive measures to improve data quality. Critical part of this role is developing appropriate communication mechanisms to ensure instill full trust in the data within the business partners.
