Responsible in achieving the Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goal of the hotel.
Develops strong rapport and builds business relationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.
Under the general guidance and supervision of Account Director, conduct all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility.
To ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completed according to standard and in time.
Coordinates with departments concerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists with the development of new product themes and services.
Assists with the development of marketing strategies.
Assist with F&B measuring and controlling the cost to reach the standard by minimum expense.
Takes into account external economic issues when planning and making decisions.
To ensure delivery of the highest standards of service and coordinates all other details with relevant departments.
Prevents and resolves all guest concerns.
To negotiate with clients ensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to and at the same time, guest needs and expectations are met.
Demonstrates effective and appropriate interaction with guests whilst maintaining a professional approach and image.
Possesses a high level of product and service knowledge in order to promote services and facilities to customers.
Develops appropriate administrative and communication policies and procedures in accordance with hotel’s goals and guidelines.
Monitor the F&B operation process to ensure the hotel standard
Accomplishes sales calls on prospective clients to develop and maintain relationship.

The ambitious property will be the first Chinese development for the brand, developed in partnership with Sunshine Insurance Group and designed by Oval Partnership. The hotel will feature 294 guestrooms and suites, 1 Hotels signature organic spa and expansive fitness center and pool.
An on-site farm will be run and managed by the property, providing fresh and organic fruits and vegetables for the 15,000 square feet of signature restaurants and lounges, and more than 6,000 square feet of catering and meeting rooms.
